What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

Purchased items will be processed within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Most of our products are Made to Order which will take between 5 and 8 business days before being shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive.  If you still have not received your purchase after 4 days of receiving your tracking number, please notify customer care at info@melonmanbrand.com

We accept the following payment methods - PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and AmEx

Although an item may appear in-stock in our shop, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery.  We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.  We will notify you if such a problem arises.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS?

Orders may be returned for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date only when accompanied by the original sales receipt. After 14 days, all sales will be final and your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Orders that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a return. Once customer care has inspected your order and approved it for re-sale, you will be refunded the cost of your order.
